How money moves on Think Local OS

Businesses pay first. The platform holds the money. Creators are paid once the work is confirmed.

The money path

Follow RM500 from the business to the creator's bank account.

Business Pays RM500 Chooses FPX, card or Touch 'n Go on Fiuu's secure payment page.
Fiuu Confirms the payment Tells our system the payment worked, using a signed message that only Fiuu can send.
Company account Holds the money Fiuu passes it to the company bank account a few days later. The order shows Paid, held. The creator cannot be paid yet.
Creator wallet RM450 Available once the business accepts the work.
Platform commission RM50 Stays with the company. Example rate: 10%.
Creator Bank account RM450 The creator requests a withdrawal. An admin approves it and records the transfer.
The company keeps its commission from the same payment, so no extra invoice or transfer is needed to collect it.

One order, step by step

The order status tells everyone where the work and the money are.

  1. 1Business pays

The order is marked Paid and the money is held. The creator is told that funds are secured and they can start.

Proof of work

The creator cannot simply click "done"

Submitted with every delivery

  • The link to the live post on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook
  • A screenshot of the post
  • Optional files, drafts or notes

How it is checked

  • The business reviews the proof before anything is released
  • Where the link shows the account name, as TikTok links do, the system checks it matches the creator's connected account
  • In a dispute, an admin sees the chat, links and screenshots together

Engagement tasks work the same way. The contributor submits a link or screenshot of their comment or share. The platforms do not let us confirm a third party's like automatically, so an admin spot-checks a sample.

Safeguards

If something goes wrong

The creator misses the deadline The business can cancel and get a full refund.
The business does not reply The work is accepted automatically after 3 days, so creators are not left waiting.
The two sides disagree An admin reviews the chat and proof, then decides: release the money, split it, or refund it.
The business wants changes The creator revises within the package's limit, for example one round, then submits again.

What each person sees

Everyone gets an in-app alert and an email at the moments that matter.

These answers decide the final settings. Nothing is built until they are agreed.

With Fiuu

  • Touch 'n Go eWallet is switched on for our account
  • Access to their Escrow and Mass Payout service, which is available on request only
  • Whether the platform may collect money and pay it on to creators, or needs their Marketplace or Escrow product
  • Fees for each payment method, and how many days settlement takes
  • How refunds work, and what settlement reports we receive

With the client

  • The commission rate
  • The review window (proposed: 3 days) and the number of revisions
  • Minimum payout and how often payouts run
  • Who pays the payment fees
  • The refund and dispute policy
  • Tax and e-invoicing rules, with their accountant

This is a proposal for discussion. The RM500 order, the 10% commission and the 3-day review window are examples until the client confirms the real settings. Today an influencer order only shows Paid. Delivery proof, the wallet and payouts are new features to build.
